TRNDEZ - Armenian Fire Jumping Tradition Tee

This design is inspired by Trndez (Տրնդեզ), one of Armenia’s oldest surviving folk traditions, dating back to the pre-Christian, pagan era.

Trndez centers around a ceremonial fire, where couples traditionally jump over the flames together. Long before religious reinterpretations, the ritual symbolized renewal, unity, protection, and continuity—a shared step forward into a new chapter of life. The fire was not worshipped, but respected as a force of purification and balance.
